Category 1 – For newborn girls

The affidavit will have to be uploaded.

Category 4 – For girls getting admission in class 6

It is compulsory to submit the application by 31 July of the same year or within 45 days of the last date of admission to the school (whichever is later) after admission in any government, aided or recognized school.
Certificate to get admission in girl’s class 6 U-DISE code of school or school code.
The affidavit will have to be uploaded.

Category 5 – For girls getting admission in class 9

It is mandatory to submit the application after admission in a government, aided or recognized school by September 30 of the same year or within 45 days of the last date of registration in the board (whichever is later).
Certificate to get admission in girl’s class 9 U-DISE code of school or school code.
The affidavit will have to be uploaded.

Category 6 – For girls seeking admission in undergraduate, degree and two years diploma

It is mandatory to submit the application after graduation, degree and two-year diploma, till September 30 of the same year or within 45 days of the last date of registration in the current session (whichever is later).
12th class certificate
Photocopy of the admission fee and the identity card of the institute for admission to a graduate, degree, and two-year diploma in any other university.
The affidavit will have to be uploaded.

Eligibility

The beneficiary’s family is a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh and has a permanent residence certificate in which the ration card, Aadhaar card, voter identity card, electricity or telephone bill will be valid.
The annual income of the beneficiary’s family does not exceed Rs. Three lakh
Only two daughters of a family will get the benefit of this scheme.
The beneficiary family should have a maximum of only two children.
If a woman has twins after the second delivery, the girl will also be allowed to benefit as the third child.
If a family has adopted an orphan girl, a maximum of two girls will be the beneficiary of the scheme, including the biological children of the family and the legally adopted children.
